Along with international cooperation Ukraine is maintaining bilateral agreements on climate change issues with a number of countries. The Government of Ukraine signed a Memorandum with the Government of the United States and the Government of Canada on cooperation in climate change activities. There was also a Memorandum signed by the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Nuclear Safety and the Institute of Public Administration of Canada on implementing the joint Canadian-Ukrainian program for environmental cooperation.
